Terms & Conditions
Everything you need to know before booking.
How does the payment work?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due at the end of the shoot.
What if it rains or I get sick?
Outdoor sessions can be rescheduled free of charge in the event of unsuitable weather.
If you need to reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, please get in touch as soon as possible.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A 50% booking fee is required to secure your session date.
Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 10 days before the shoot date.
The booking fee is non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made for unforeseen circumstances.
How do collaborations work?
I occasionally accept creative collaborations.
If you'd like to propose one, please get in touch via Instagram or email and include examples of your work or social profile.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring a friend, partner or family member for support or company during the session.
Am I required to shoot nude?
Not at all.
You are never expected to do anything you're uncomfortable with. Every session is entirely based on your preferences and boundaries.
Can I choose the photos I receive?
Yes.
You can either select your favourite images yourself or leave the selection to me. You're also free to request the removal of any image you don't wish to keep.
What if I don’t like the photos?
My portfolio reflects the style and quality you can expect from a session with me.
That said, your satisfaction matters. If there is an issue with a particular image or edit, please let me know and I'll do my best to resolve it.
Can I edit your photos myself?
No. Only professionally edited images are delivered, and they should not be altered before being shared online. This includes changing the tones or cropping.
If you'd like adjustments to an edit, feel free to ask and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
Will you post my photos?
Only with your permission.
I will always ask for your consent before sharing any images from our session on my website, social media or other promotional channels.
If you later change your mind, you can request their removal at any time.
How long does delivery take?
Most galleries are delivered within 1–2 weeks.
During busier periods, delivery may take longer, but all final images will be delivered within 30 days.
Can I purchase additional photos?
Yes.
Additional edited images can be purchased separately beyond those included in your selected package.
